The criteria for calculating rankings include life expectancy, educational attainment, and adjusted real income. In 2004 Ireland ranked tenth. Livable Ireland has taken its name from our vision of creating an Ireland which is consistently ranked in the top three ranked nations with the highest quality of life worldwide.
